Hi Roger!

I apologize for the late response.

I want to thank you for sending us such a perfect dog, she is everything we wanted and so much more! When I initially reached out to you, I was a bit skeptical about importing a dog but after speaking to you, I was convinced I had found the right man to help me find the perfect addition to our growing family. Okira is such a sweetheart, she bonded instantly with me and my husband and our bond continues to get stronger as the days go. It was super easy introducing her to my male GSD Hugo, and I believe they fell in love at first sight (as you can see from the pictures). When I described to you what we are looking for in a female, you listened very carefully and delivered just what we needed. Her temperament is amazing, she listens so well and loves to cuddle. She is absolutely gorgeous and continues to amaze me everyday. We couldn't have found such a dog anywhere else. I cant thank you enough!

The importing process was new to me but you walked me through all the paperwork and process and also guided me each step of the way until Okira came home to us. You were very patient with me and provided me some great knowledge. You ensured that I can contact you anytime with any questions which I am forever grateful for. It was really a pleasure working with you and I will continue to do so in the future.

The big news now is that Okira and Hugo are expecting puppies and I am already convinced they will be exactly what we were aiming for- extraordinary looks with amazing temperaments. I will keep you posted with pictures and updates once they are born! For now, I have attached some pictures of our gorgeous girl Okira! Thank you again Roger, you gave us a gem.
